Financial Advisor – Insurance Sales (Nairobi)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Financial Advisor specialized in insurance to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be responsible for generating new business, assessing client needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions while earning a commission‑based income.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and attend industry events to generate leads.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and risk assessments to recommend suitable insurance products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documentation, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships, provide policy reviews, and support claims processing.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies, and keep accurate sales records.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in insurance or financial services sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage a client pipeline.
• High level of integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.
