Freelancer Sales Representative – Institutional Stoves

About the role
The Freelancer Sales Representative will drive the adoption of BURN Institutional Stoves across schools, hotels, hospitals and other large‑scale cooking facilities. You will prospect new institutional customers, manage the sales pipeline and ensure smooth post‑sale support.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential institutional customers within assigned regions, generating 3–5 warm prospects daily.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations and educate clients on cost, fuel and environmental benefits.
- Achieve at least a 20% conversion rate from qualified leads and coordinate with installation teams for successful onboarding.
- Maintain professional relationships, perform regular follow‑ups and address customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor repayment performance for PayGo or financing models, ensuring 100% repayment efficiency.
- Update daily sales pipeline reports and share activity summaries with the Key Account Manager.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and trends, providing feedback for growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field (advantageous).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience in field or institutional sales, preferably within clean‑energy solutions.
- Excellent reporting and customer relationship management skills.
- Comfortable conducting field visits and engaging institutional decision‑makers.
