Functional Consultant: Business Central & Portal Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and web portal solutions. The role connects business users with technical teams, translating client needs into system functionalities and ensuring successful delivery across multiple industries in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements related to finance, HR, procurement, and customer engagement.
• Configure and implement Business Central modules such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Purchasing, etc.
• Design user journeys and workflows for employee‑facing or customer portals (Power Pages, custom portals).
• Collaborate with development teams to define and test customisations, reports and integrations.
• Prepare functional documentation (BRD, FDD, user manuals) and support data migration, testing, UAT training and go‑live.
• Provide post‑deployment support, enhancements, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/accounting (CPA, K/ACCA preferred).
• 3–5 years experience as a functional consultant on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, CRM and Power BI reporting.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes (finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, HRM, payroll).
• Experience with portal solutions integrated with ERP (Power Apps Portals, Power Pages or custom web portals).
