Key responsibilities

• Introduce Catalyzing Horizons’ personal and leadership development offerings to prospective clients.
• Build brand awareness and nurture relationships through social media and digital channels worldwide.
• Engage prospects to understand and develop their personal development needs.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and internal ways of working.
• Maintain high standards of ethics, confidentiality, professionalism and client care.

Required profile

• Passion for personal development and helping others navigate career or life transitions.
• Self‑motivated with a desire for flexibility and autonomy.
• 10‑15+ years of experience managing client relationships, strong interpersonal skills.
• Result‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a growth orientation.
• Curious and ambitious, willing to think beyond traditional 8‑5 career models.
• Excellent written and spoken English, confident communicating on digital and social platforms.
