Graduate Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Safiyo is seeking a motivated Graduate Inside Sales Representative to join its Johannesburg office. In this full‑time position you will support the sales team by engaging prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and presenting Safiyo’s data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within emerging markets.
• Conduct client outreach, deliver product presentations and respond to enquiries.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to drive acquisition and retention.
• Track sales activities, update CRM records and report on pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Contribute ideas to sales strategies and work towards achieving monthly targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest or basic knowledge of data insights, consumer behaviour and market intelligence.
• Previous experience or keen interest in sales, business development or client management.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
