Graduate Trainee – Statistics

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee in Statistics to join Keda Ceramics International Limited in Miwani, Kisumu County. The role offers hands‑on experience in data collection, analysis, reporting and supporting business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate and analyse data from various departments.
• Prepare statistical reports, summaries and dashboards to aid decision‑making.
• Monitor operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Maintain accurate databases and records.
• Support departments with data‑driven analysis and reporting.
• Identify data inconsistencies and assist in resolving quality issues.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives through data analysis.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics and Statistics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Good communication and report‑writing skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
