Graphic Designer – Branding & Motion Graphics

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for shaping brand identities, creating eye‑catching packaging, and producing video and motion‑graphics content for a variety of marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for branding, marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Design packaging that aligns with brand identity and market appeal.
• Create visual content for both print and digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Interpret creative briefs and transform them into engaging visual concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to generate design ideas and support brainstorming sessions.
• Produce and edit videos for social media, marketing and promotional use.
• Develop motion graphics and animations using industry‑standard tools.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing and publishing, ensuring all production standards are met.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in graphic design, especially in branding and packaging.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional and creative design work.
• Ability to maintain brand guidelines across print and digital media.
