About the role

As a Graphic Designer at BrighterMonday Consulting, you will create visually engaging marketing materials that strengthen our brand across digital platforms. The role requires creativity, speed, and meticulous attention to detail while handling multiple design projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality promotional posters, social media creatives, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop motion graphics and short promotional videos for digital campaigns.
• Produce visual concepts that align with the brand identity of each company branch.
• Deliver artwork quickly without compromising design standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
• Edit and retouch images for digital use.
• Prepare artwork for production across various media platforms.
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI‑powered creative tools, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, retail, advertising, or a fast‑paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital media.
• Highly creative, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑driven, capable of working with minimal supervision and managing multiple requests.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
