Graphic Designer (Print & Production)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Nairobi‑based production partner, Maridadi Stitches, through Exprell. The position is hands‑on, enabling you to transform digital concepts into finished garments using sublimation and DTF printing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design print‑ready graphics for sublimation, DTF and related production formats.
• Translate client briefs into accurate, production‑ready files with correct Pantone/CMYK matching, sizing and layout.
• Collaborate closely with the production floor to ensure designs transfer cleanly from screen to garment.
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting production timelines.
• Maintain consistent brand and quality standards across all projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Machine operation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of production‑ready work.
