Graphic Designer – Real Estate

About the role

Unity Homes Ltd, a real‑estate developer based in Westlands, Nairobi, is looking for a Graphic Designer to create on‑brand visual assets across out‑of‑home, print and digital channels. You will work independently, manage your pipeline, and ensure high‑quality output that meets tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design large‑format environmental graphics such as hoardings, billboards, banners and way‑finding signage.
• Produce sales and marketing print materials including brochures, flyers, presentation decks and event collateral.
• Create internal publications and documents – magazines, reports, policy templates – that stay on brand.
• Develop social media and digital assets like static posts, carousels, story templates, ad creatives and email graphics.
• Prepare print‑ready files with correct bleed, colour profiles, outlined fonts and packaged supplier packages.
• Manage work items in Trello, keep deadlines visible and flag blockers early.
• Proofread and quality‑control all output before delivery.
• Identify unclear briefs, propose stronger directions and avoid mediocrity.

Required profile

• Fast, organised and able to deliver without cutting corners.
• Forensic eye for detail – spot kerning issues, alignment errors and colour inconsistencies.
• Self‑directed, proactive and capable of critical thinking.
• Committed to maintaining brand consistency across all formats.
