Growth Marketing Designer – AI‑Powered Landing Pages

About the role

We are looking for a creative Growth Marketing Designer who can combine design, copywriting, and AI‑driven workflows to produce high‑converting landing pages and digital assets. The role focuses on rapid experimentation and consistent brand delivery across multiple client campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Use Claude (or similar AI) to generate, iterate, and finalize landing‑page copy and layouts quickly.
• Design visually compelling landing pages in Fable from concept through publication.
• Maintain consistent visual themes across client assets and variations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather brand assets and guidelines for AI‑prompt usage.
• Build and maintain a library of prompts and reusable components to improve efficiency.
• Own the end‑to‑end workflow from brief to design and copy before hand‑off.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align pages with campaign goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth‑marketing design (landing pages, sites, apps).
• Hands‑on experience with Claude or comparable AI tools.
• Background in a fast‑paced US‑based design agency or DTC brand.
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and digital marketing assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C‑level).
• Ability to work full‑time on EST schedule.
