Guest Service Agent – Front Office Reception

About the role

The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering a memorable stay from arrival to departure. Working in the front‑office team, you will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while providing personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and settle accounts.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a service‑focused attitude.
• Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records using the Opera property management system.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Front‑office operations.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Service‑oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency with Opera or a related property management system.
