Head of E‑Commerce & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven, commercial leader to own and grow MimiPambo’s online sales. The Head of E‑Commerce & Growth will define and execute the e‑commerce strategy, turning traffic into revenue and building repeat‑purchase customers.

Key responsibilities

• Set and own online revenue targets and develop weekly/monthly sales plans.
• Monitor Shopify performance, conversion rates, AOV and customer behaviour.
• Plan, launch and optimise product collections, restocks and promotional campaigns.
• Manage paid acquisition on Meta, Google and TikTok – building audiences, budgets and testing plans.
• Analyse ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion metrics, scaling successful ads and pausing under‑performers.
• Translate commercial goals into content briefs and work with creative and social teams to produce conversion‑focused assets.
• Own email and SMS marketing calendars, creating journeys for launches, abandoned carts and re‑engagement.
• Produce weekly performance reports covering revenue, acquisition, conversion and retention.

Required profile

• Highly commercial, creative and data‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to connect campaigns, content, merchandising and retention to revenue.
• Experience leading e‑commerce growth for a consumer brand.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics.

Required skills

• Shopify e‑commerce platform.
• Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Email and SMS marketing tools.
• Campaign planning and performance reporting.
