Head of Sales (Enterprise Revenue Growth) – Individual Contributor

About the role

We are looking for a high‑calibre enterprise sales professional to accelerate revenue growth across Kenya and the wider East African region. This is a frontline, individual‑contributor position focused on originating, structuring and closing large, multi‑year BPO and CX deals ranging from $5M to $20M ACV.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle – from prospect identification to contract signing.
• Structure and negotiate multi‑year, multi‑country agreements with complex commercial and contractual terms.
• Engage C‑suite stakeholders and influence decision‑making across target organisations.
• Sell AI‑enabled solutions and other managed‑service offerings to enterprise clients.
• Build a qualified pipeline within the first 60 days and secure anchor accounts.
• Travel across East Africa to develop business opportunities and regional market credibility.

Required profile

• Proven track record closing enterprise deals of $5M‑$20M+ ACV in BPO, CX, contact‑centre or managed‑services environments.
• Experience structuring multi‑year, multi‑country contracts with complex commercial frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of the Kenya/Africa BPO market and an established network across key sectors.
• Extensive experience influencing C‑suite executives and navigating complex buying processes.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to price and negotiate high‑value, margin‑driving deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science or related field; MBA is a plus.
