Head of Sales – Enterprise Revenue Growth (Individual Contributor)

About the role

Our client, a leading global CX management company, is expanding its footprint across East Africa. They are seeking a high‑calibre Head of Sales to drive enterprise revenue growth in Kenya and the wider region. This is an individual‑contributor position focused on originating, structuring and closing large, multi‑year BPO and CX deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain a high‑value pipeline of $5M‑$20M+ ACV opportunities within 30‑60 days.
• Structure multi‑year, multi‑geography deals with complex commercial and contractual terms.
• Engage C‑suite stakeholders across target accounts and influence decision‑making.
• Establish the company as a credible strategic partner in the Kenyan and East African BPO market.
• Travel across East Africa as needed for business development and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals of $5M‑$20M+ ACV in BPO, CX, contact‑centre or managed‑services environments.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating multi‑year, multi‑country contracts.
• Deep knowledge of the Kenya/Africa BPO market with an established network of key industry contacts.
• Extensive experience selling AI‑led solutions to large organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or Data Science; MBA advantageous.

• Ability to build and manage a qualified enterprise pipeline quickly.
