About the role
PodPitch is seeking a driven High Ticket Sales Closer to join its fast‑growing remote team. You will work with pre‑qualified prospects, delivering video demos and closing high‑value podcast‑marketing packages.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 75% of your time conducting Zoom/Google Meet demos with inbound prospects.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships (15% of time).
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency (10% of time).
- Collaborate with the SDR team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified demos.
Required profile
- Proven experience closing high‑ticket deals (packages $1,500‑$30,000).
- Ability to maintain a 25% close rate on an average of 100 demos per month.
- Comfortable working EST hours and spending 90% of time on video sales demos.
- Resilient, resourceful, and able to handle rejection with persistence.

- Full‑time remote position with autonomy and ownership.
- On‑target earnings of $75,000‑$100,000 per year (35% base, 65% commission).
