Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager will lead business growth and oversee daily operations at Astoria Riverbank, ensuring revenue targets are met and guest experiences are exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and business development targets.
• Identify, acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients, groups and partners.
• Conduct field sales visits, client meetings and business development activities.
• Promote and sell accommodation, conference, event, restaurant and other hotel services.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and enquiries, converting opportunities into business.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue targets and marketing activities, providing regular reports.
• Supervise, coordinate and motivate staff to ensure smooth daily operations and quality service.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the hotel, maintaining operational standards.
• Address guest and client concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil sales commitments and client requirements.
• Track competitor activities, market trends and opportunities to strengthen market position.
• Take responsibility for achieving sales, revenue and operational targets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 48 months (4 years) of experience in hotel sales and marketing.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships in the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
