About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to support a global technology platform on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing essential onboarding and troubleshooting assistance to users.

Key responsibilities

Deliver clear English support via chat, email, or other channels.
Guide users through account setup, verification, and platform navigation.
Troubleshoot and resolve common account, transaction, or technical issues.
Record interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the designated system.
Work with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.

Required profile

Fluent spoken and written English.
Prior experience in customer support, generalist, or administrative roles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Strong problem‑solving skills and independence.
