About the role
We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to support a global technology platform on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing essential onboarding and troubleshooting assistance to users.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clear English support via chat, email, or other channels.
- Guide users through account setup, verification, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common account, transaction, or technical issues.
- Record interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the designated system.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in customer support, generalist, or administrative roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and independence.
