About the role

We are seeking a reliable HSE Manager to lead our health, safety and environment initiatives. The role ensures compliance with all relevant legislation and cultivates a culture of safety across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
Prepare, implement and enforce policies that promote a strong health‑and‑safety culture.
Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and ensure regulatory adherence.
Conduct training sessions and presentations on health, safety and accident‑prevention topics.
Identify hazards, propose corrective actions and monitor improvement opportunities.

Required profile

Proven experience in health, safety or environmental management.
Strong attention to detail for hazard identification and risk assessment.
Excellent communication skills to convey safety guidelines to a multidisciplinary workforce.
Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
