HubSpot CRM Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HubSpot CRM Operations Specialist to own and optimise our CRM ecosystem. You will work closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns, automations, and reporting run flawlessly, supporting our revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data hygiene by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper structure across contacts, companies, and deals.
• Design, build, and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences.
• Support Sales and SDR teams with campaign execution and prospecting list creation.
• Monitor pipeline activity, identify stalled opportunities, and address gaps.
• Create dashboards and reports on sales performance and revenue metrics (RevOps).
• Continuously improve CRM processes and identify efficiency opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM (admin/backend preferred).
• Proven track record in CRM cleanup, database management, or process optimisation.
• Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps) or a similar function.
• Advanced/Fluent English (C1) for daily collaboration with U.S. teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, build‑from‑scratch environment.
