Partner Network Development Manager – Remote

About the role

A science-driven company with Ukrainian roots and an international headquarters in the EU is hiring a full-time, remote Partner Network Development Manager. The company makes smart polymer solutions that extend road life, reduce costs and save lives, and is expanding into 80+ countries after being active in Eastern Europe and Asia. The role focuses on opening East and Southeast African markets and building senior-level partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and secure one high-level strategic partner per target country (an individual, not an organisation) to represent the company locally.
• Ensure full alignment with the pre-approved strategic partner profile.
• Oversee the partner's onboarding and adaptation, working closely with the CEO and internal teams.
• Coordinate supporting processes such as contracts, training, documentation and strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Proven record in international business development, franchise networks, market entry or partnerships.
• Experience negotiating and signing contracts at senior executive or government level.
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian, plus English (C1+) or Spanish (C+) or Portuguese (C1+), able to present at senior-level meetings.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver results in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to make self-initiated business trips as needed.
