About the role
You will lead the full spectrum of human resource operations for a hospitality business on Thika Road, acting as the primary link between executive leadership, department heads, and the wider workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract qualified talent.
- Maintain accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with Kenyan labour law.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with local regulations.
- Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of Kenyan employment legislation.
