About the role
The Human Resource Officer will manage day‑to‑day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle for a technology company in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Implement HR policies and procedures and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and assist with job description development.
- Handle employee relations matters and support performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and company standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management skills.
- Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices; experience in commercial or retail environment is a plus.
Required skills
- HR administration and core HR functions.
- Development, implementation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee relations, conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
- Job description development for various positions.
