About the role
We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Manager to support a global staffing and recruiting leader on a part‑time basis. The role focuses on answering employee inquiries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and related documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and off‑boarding departing staff.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a human resources support role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Required skills
- Experience with HR information systems or databases.
