About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Manager to support a global staffing and recruiting leader on a part‑time basis. The role focuses on answering employee inquiries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.

Key responsibilities

Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and related documentation.
Assist with onboarding new hires and off‑boarding departing staff.
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

Prior experience in a human resources support role.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Required skills

Experience with HR information systems or databases.
