About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to work remotely on a part‑time basis. You will support workforce management by handling employee inquiries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing employees.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a human resources or related support role.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
