Inclusion Leader – Senior School Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Leader to join the senior team of a highly inclusive school in Central London. The role will shape the school’s inclusion and pastoral strategy, ensuring every pupil feels supported, challenged and empowered.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the school’s inclusion and pastoral strategy.
• Oversee behaviour, attendance and student wellbeing systems.
• Support students with additional needs and barriers to learning.
• Collaborate with SEND, safeguarding and pastoral teams.
• Design and drive interventions to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external agencies.
• Support staff with inclusive classroom practice and behaviour strategies.
• Promote a positive, aspirational school culture.

Required profile

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder.
• Proven senior leadership experience in a school setting.
• Strong presence, empathy and strategic vision.
• Ability to build relationships, inspire staff and influence outcomes.
• Experience managing inclusion, behaviour, attendance and wellbeing programmes.
