Inside Sales Executive – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will manage customer enquiries, generate and follow up on sales leads, prepare quotations and promote AGL’s logistics and supply chain services. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams and supporting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach and CRM data, and follow up on inbound leads.
• Engage customers to understand needs, answer inquiries and provide tailored service information.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and quotations, ensuring KYC compliance.
• Close sales by confirming rates and terms, securing signed quotations and updating records in the CRM.
• Maintain ongoing account management, monitor deadlines, identify upselling opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and achieve targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience in the logistics industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales tracking tools.
