Installation Training Promotion Manager

About the role

Twyford International Kenya Ltd. is looking for an experienced Installation Training Promotion Manager to lead the development and delivery of installation standards, training programmes and technical promotion for Twyford and Micasso tile and paving products. The role combines hands‑on tile installation expertise with training leadership to ensure correct installation practices, improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve installation standards, checklists, methods and training materials for all Twyford and Micasso products, including large‑format tiles (60×120 cm and above).
• Design, organise and deliver practical, hands‑on training workshops for installers, contractors, dealers and site teams, and establish certification and competency assessment procedures.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified installers trained to the company’s standards.
• Lead technical product demonstrations at training centres, showrooms, construction sites and exhibitions, highlighting correct application and product benefits.
• Provide on‑site technical support, identify common installation defects and develop corrective and preventive measures.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in tile installation, especially large‑format and paving products.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programmes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage installers, contractors, dealers and customers.
• Leadership capability to manage installer networks and drive continuous improvement.
