Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

Jubilee Insurance, part of Jubilee Group, is recruiting a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Representative based in Nairobi CBD. The role centres on identifying and approaching prospective clients, explaining insurance products and benefits, and recommending solutions that fit client needs and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales meetings, prepare and deliver proposals, and handle policy applications
• Support clients with renewals and coverage changes
• Maintain accurate records in the company's systems and follow up on leads to meet and exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with the underwriting and claims teams
• Provide responsive customer service and educate clients on insurance options
• Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

Required profile

• Strong insurance sales and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of insurance products and practices, including policy structures and basic risk concepts
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven on-site environment
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services or related sales roles is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field is preferred
