International Recruitment Specialist – Kenya

About the role

The HR Hub is expanding its international recruitment operations and seeks a Kenya‑based partner to source, screen and coordinate candidates for verified overseas employment opportunities. This is a remote, project‑based engagement that may evolve into a full‑time position as volume grows.

Key responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates in Kenya using networks, databases, referrals and digital channels, meeting agreed pipeline targets.
• Screen candidates against job criteria, assess documentation, availability and willingness to relocate, and submit qualified profiles to The HR Hub Nigeria.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain clear communication with candidates, and keep accurate progress records.
• Provide regular recruitment reporting, track sourcing activity, and flag any challenges that could affect delivery.
• Adhere to The HR Hub’s recruitment procedures, maintain confidentiality, and comply with Kenyan recruitment regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting Kenyan candidates for overseas positions, especially low‑skilled or semi‑skilled roles.
• Familiarity with international labour markets such as hospitality, agriculture, construction, logistics or manufacturing.
• Established candidate network or demonstrated ability to generate high‑volume pipelines.
• Strong organisational, follow‑up and independent work skills.
• Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
