iPOS Field Sales Agent (Kirinyaga)

About the role

The iPOS Field Sales Agent will be responsible for bringing Enduring Technologies’ mobile point‑of‑sale solution to businesses in Kirinyaga. You will onboard new customers, train them on the iPOS platform and provide ongoing field support to ensure high adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential iPOS customers within the assigned geographic area.
• Present the benefits of the iPOS platform and convert prospects into subscribers.
• Profile new customers accurately and work to minimise turnover.
• Collaborate with partners and value‑chain stakeholders to build a strong pipeline and upsell complementary services.
• Install and configure the iPOS software on customer devices and deliver hands‑on training.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to provide post‑training support and maintain accounts.
• Respond promptly to technical issues, troubleshoot and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed activity reports and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Mid‑level sales professional with at least 24 months of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field and travel across the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of achieving retention targets.
