Knowledge Management Consultant – Gender Equality (Remote, 4.5 months)

About the role

This consultancy aims to strengthen UNICEF’s knowledge management on gender equality and support the implementation of the UGEAP 2026–2029. The consultant will develop, curate and disseminate gender‑related knowledge products, facilitate knowledge exchange and capacity building, and promote mutual learning across UNICEF.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and curate gender‑related knowledge products and tools.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange, webinars and training sessions to build capacity.
• Promote visibility, accessibility and use of gender‑related evidence and good practices within UNICEF.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Communications, International Development or related field (advanced degree is an asset).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, digital collaboration platforms or communications, preferably within the UN system or international development.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Strong information architecture and content design abilities.
