Knowledge Management Consultant – Gender Equality (Remote)

About the role

The consultancy will strengthen UNICEF’s knowledge management on gender equality and support the implementation of the UGEAP 2026–2029. You will develop, curate and disseminate gender‑related knowledge products, facilitate exchange and capacity building, and promote mutual learning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage gender‑related knowledge products and tools on SharePoint/Teamsite.
• Facilitate webinars, training sessions and knowledge‑exchange events for UNICEF staff.
• Curate, organize and disseminate evidence, best practices and lessons learned.
• Enhance visibility and accessibility of gender‑related resources across the agency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, digital collaboration platforms or communications, preferably in the UN or international development sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Communications, International Development or related field; advanced degree is an asset.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Strong information architecture and content design capabilities.
• Experience organizing and delivering webinars or training sessions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
