About the role

Alupe University College is seeking a qualified Lecturer in Psychiatric Nursing to join its academic staff. The role involves teaching, research, and community engagement within the nursing faculty.

Required profile

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychiatric Nursing from a recognized and accredited university.
Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing from a recognized and accredited university.
Minimum three (3) years of university teaching and research experience at the level of Tutorial Fellow/Assistant Lecturer, or equivalent industry/research experience.
At least twenty‑four (24) publication points, with a minimum of sixteen (16) from refereed journal papers.
A valid Practicing License issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications.
Commitment to teaching, research, innovation, mentorship, and community engagement.
