Legal Assistant – Personal Injury Case Management

About the role

Dubin Law Group is looking for a Legal Assistant to join its Personal Injury Case Management team in Washington State. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience with case administration, subrogation, and provider communications, providing a solid foundation for a career in a personal injury law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Send Letters of Representation to providers, insurance carriers, and subrogation entities.
• Set up and manage subrogation claims, request updated ledgers, and track outstanding balances.
• Communicate with medical providers to verify billing and insurance details.
• Perform balance confirmations and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Scan, organize, and file documents in Filevine and internal systems.
• Prepare withdrawal and disbursement letters and request cost‑advanced reports.
• Maintain task tracking and follow‑up on case‑related actions.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with case management software and digital files.
• Prior legal, administrative, or office experience preferred but not required.
