About the role
The Loan Officer will drive loan sales, acquire new SME customers and manage collections for SME Biashara loans within a financial services environment. This on‑site, full‑time position focuses on meeting disbursement targets and expanding the loan portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Drive loan sales and acquire new SME customers.
- Manage collections and ensure timely loan disbursements.
- Meet set sales and disbursement targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in short‑term loan sales and collections.
- Good understanding of SME loans.
- Good understanding of lending processes.
- Ability to drive loan sales, customer acquisition and meet targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
