About the role
We are seeking qualified pharmacy professionals for locum assignments to support CIC Pharmacy’s daily operations in Nairobi, Kenya. The role involves maintaining efficient workflows and delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately interpret and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, identifying potential drug interactions and adverse effects.
- Prepare and compound pharmaceutical products as per prescriptions and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Provide comprehensive medication counselling to patients, educate on over‑the‑counter products, and promote adherence to prescribed regimens.
