Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Housekeeping, Maintenance, Safari Shop, Night Porter and Spa teams.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hands‑on leadership.
• Coordinate daily lodge operations and departmental performance.
• Drive operational excellence, cost efficiencies and sustainability initiatives.
• Step into key leadership roles during management absences.
• Coach, mentor and develop future hospitality leaders.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in luxury hospitality or safari lodges.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Outstanding guest relations and communication abilities.
• Experience with operational reporting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Highly organised, adaptable and solutions‑focused professional.
