About the role
We are seeking a Lounge Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our exclusive airline passenger lounge in Nairobi. You will ensure a premium, seamless experience for premium passengers by managing staff, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service, and maintaining the lounge’s cleanliness and ambiance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily lounge operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage staff scheduling, task delegation and performance monitoring.
- Maintain high‑quality food and beverage service and uphold 5‑star hospitality standards.
- Control inventory, ordering and vendor relationships for food, drinks and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, health, safety and security regulations.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3‑5 years supervisory experience in a premium hotel or airline lounge.
- Strong background in food and beverage management.
Required skills
- Leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
