Lubricants Marketing Implementer

About the role

The Lubricants Marketing Implementer will drive the execution of brand and channel marketing initiatives for both B2B and B2C segments. Working closely with the Lubricants Marketing Manager, you will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and generate measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in developing the country marketing plan for key brands and channels.
• Manage implementation of agreed lubricants brand and channel sales & marketing initiatives, including concept development and execution through internal teams or third‑party agencies.
• Oversee B2B customer value proposition (CVP) and pipeline management with sales and Frontline Technical Services teams.
• Monitor and report on the impact of marketing initiatives to ensure target return on investment.
• Manage agency relationships to deliver marketing communications for assigned brands and channels.
• Support on‑ground distributor marketing activities and evaluate agency performance as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or marketing support role with strong analytical abilities.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating concepts into operational plans.
• Ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively.
• Good understanding of retail and B2C markets, with strong commercial judgment and customer orientation.
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholder relationships.
