Male Scaffolders

About the role

We are looking for reliable male scaffolders to join our construction team in Westlands. The role involves building, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently on various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and install scaffolding according to design specifications.
• Inspect scaffolding components before use to ensure safety.
• Modify existing scaffolds to meet changing project requirements.
• Dismantle scaffolding safely after project completion.
• Install guardrails, toe boards, ladders, and safety netting.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and report any defects.
• Handle and transport scaffold materials and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and construction teams.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with at least one month of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold plans and drawings.
• Commitment to follow workplace health and safety regulations.
• Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks.

Required skills

• Scaffolding assembly and installation.
• Scaffolding inspection and safety checks.
• Scaffold modification and dismantling.
• Installation of guardrails, toe boards, ladders and safety netting.
• Interpretation of scaffold plans and drawings.
