Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist at NTT DATA is a seasoned subject‑matter expert responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of managed‑services contracts. You will act as the operational anchor for clients, ensuring service quality, contractual compliance, and profitability across complex, multi‑site engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive client satisfaction by delivering services in line with contractual obligations, service definitions and SLAs.
• Manage client inquiries, escalations and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
• Translate business needs into tailored service delivery solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (commercial, finance, technical, support) to resolve incidents and maintain service quality.
• Monitor contract performance, manage risks and ensure compliance with legal and governance standards.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, support renewal strategies and contribute to client retention.
• Engage service implementation and delivery teams to meet onboarding, transition, modification and decommission timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting on performance, satisfaction and operational risks.
