Manager, Scored Lending

About the role

As the Manager of Scored Lending you will own the execution and scaling of scored lending across Personal & Private Banking. You will drive utilization, optimise decision strategies and enhance digital lending journeys while expanding credit access for new‑to‑bank and underserved customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and scale scored lending initiatives across multiple banking segments.
• Drive utilisation of credit products and optimise decision‑making frameworks.
• Enhance digital lending journeys to improve customer experience.
• Expand credit access for new‑to‑bank and underserved customers using data‑driven approaches.
• Leverage strategic partnerships and ecosystems to accelerate acquisition and improve decisioning.
• Embed lending solutions into broader customer journeys while maintaining strong risk discipline.

Required profile

• First degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in scored lending strategy development.
• Proven experience with credit rules, scorecards and decision‑making frameworks.
• Strong analytical capability using data and insights to support credit decisions and portfolio performance.
• Experience designing and enhancing lending products and customer journeys.
• Collaboration experience with risk, data and technology teams to implement solutions in decisioning systems.
