Marketing & Communications Associate

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Associate is a strategic, full‑time position responsible for conceiving and executing data‑driven consumer marketing, branding and communications campaigns for Tatu City and its parent, Rendeavour.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch multi‑channel marketing and communications campaigns, including media, influencer, events and digital assets.
• Generate, analyse and manage media and influencer leads to support brand building and sales efforts.
• Produce and manage content such as video, photography and written materials for corporate and project promotion.
• Support the planning and execution of public, client, media and government events.
• Develop and monitor KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, sales targets) and produce post‑campaign performance reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field from a reputable university.
• At least 10 years of experience in data‑driven consumer marketing, communications or branding.
• Strong research, analytical and editorial abilities.
• Experience in the real‑estate or construction sector is highly desirable.
