Marketing Executive – Brand Activations & Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team in Nairobi. The role will focus on planning and executing brand activation activities, digital and social media campaigns, and market research to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute brand activation events and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and manage digital marketing and social media content, schedule posts and monitor performance.
• Conduct market research, gather customer insights, monitor competitors and provide analysis for strategy improvement.
• Promote products and services through various channels, support product launches and engage with customers during events.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare regular marketing reports and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, brand activations, digital or social media campaigns, and market analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
