Marketing Manager - Construction Machinery Engines

About the role

Weichai Power Co., Ltd. is a global powertrain enterprise and the first internal combustion engine company in China listed in Hong Kong, owning brands such as Weichai engines, Baudouin, Fast, Hande, PSI and Ballard. It is hiring a Marketing Manager for its overseas business, specialising in construction machinery engines. The role covers designing and executing regional marketing strategies, leading promotion activities, monitoring marketing performance and coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse overseas regional market and competitor information, and develop promotion plans to expand market penetration of Weichai construction machinery engines.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas OEMs, distributors and key customers, and carry out technical and commercial promotion to secure engine matching and orders.
• Cooperate with domestic teams on export order coordination, competitor analysis and overseas product customisation and launch.
• Track product operation data, align service resources with distributors and key accounts, and strengthen overseas technical service support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Major in Internal Combustion Engine, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ICE or new-energy powertrain technical principles.
• Able to interpret Weichai engine structure and performance parameters and analyse product competitiveness.
• Strong communication, writing and organisation skills, and excellent teamwork.
