Marketing Manager – Hotel Brand

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the brand narrative of a premier hotel. The role focuses on turning brand awareness into direct bookings and enhancing the hotel's reputation among travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns that showcase the hotel’s story and drive direct bookings.
• Manage social media channels, website content, email marketing funnels, and localized SEO to maintain top‑of‑mind awareness.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to develop targeted promotions for shoulder and peak seasons.
• Build relationships with event planners, corporate partners, and tourism boards to strengthen local presence.
• Oversee production of high‑quality visual and copy assets that reflect premium brand standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze website analytics, and report ROI to continuously refine strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of creating successful brand campaigns that generate revenue.
