Member of Technical Staff – Frontier AI (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join a leading AI research team. This full‑time remote position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing next‑generation AI models that push the boundaries of current capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced AI architectures and algorithms.
• Lead research projects aimed at improving model efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Publish technical reports, whitepapers, and conference submissions.
• Evaluate and benchmark emerging AI models, frameworks, and hardware accelerators.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven ability to conduct independent research and drive complex technical projects.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for large‑scale AI systems.
• Effective communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Large‑scale distributed training and model optimization techniques.
• Experience with AI hardware accelerators such as GPUs and TPUs.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative models, and multi‑modal AI systems.
